Can this gooseneck adapter be used on a 2014 Ford F250 Super Duty with a factory installed hitch ball?

Yes, the Convert-A-Ball Cushioned 5th-Wheel-to-Gooseneck Adapter w/ Offset # CAB-C5GX1216 will work on your factory in bed hitch prep but you will need to use the B&W Ball and Safety Chain Kit # BWGNXA2061 on your 2014 Ford F-250. You will not be able to use the factory style ball as it has the integrated latch on top of the hitch ball. The B&W uses the handle to latch the ball to the bed and will not have issues with the Convert-A-Ball.
