Yes, the Trailer Valet RVR3 Remote-Controlled Trailer Dolly w/ Hitch Ball Mount - Wireless Remote - 3,500 lbs, part # TVRVR3-BB225, comes with the 2-5/16" hitch ball and mount. We do sell each of these items, the RVR3 Trailer Dolly and the Trailer Valet Combo Ball Tower Mount, separately. This item includes both parts.
