I have your carrier, but have lost one complete ubolt, hand knob, and plate assembly. Can you sell me the complete assembly, and if yes, what is the cost.

We do carry replacement parts for your cargo box but not as a complete kit. The parts we carry are:
U-bolt, part # TH02943
Threaded Knobs, part # TH04877 (you will need two)
U-bolt plate, part # TH03918
Reinforcing plate, part # TH10378
