The Draw Tite hitch part # DT67GR is a confirmed fit for your 2022 Nissan Pathfinder and then for trailer wiring you'd want the Tekonsha part # TK58VR for a 4-way and then to convert to a 7-way you'd want the part # 37185 if the trailer does not have brakes or the part # ETBC7 if it does. Then you'd also need a brake controller like the Brake EVN # TK63VR and you'd be set.
