In order to determine which SpaPad Jack Pads you need for your 2018 FLeetwood Discovery 40D you will need to know the shape of the feet, measure the size, and also know how many jacks your trailer has.

The SnapPad Prime Jack Pads for Power Gear Leveling Systems w/ 10" Round Jack Feet - Qty 4 # SP84FR4 you looked at will work for round jack feet measuring 10" assuming you have 4 jacks. In addition to round feet, there are also octagon and square feet.
