How do you know which is which? Both of mine have wires going to the heads. Thanks

The wires you're seeing are for the speakers in your Solera awning, but the easiest way to tell is by which side it's on when you're looking directly at the awning from the front. If it's the left side it's the idler assembly and the right side is the driver head assembly. I've linked the potential replacement parts you may need below.
