Question:

Purchase the wrong trailer hitch about 9 months ago when I finally got around to installing it I discovered that it was for the 2010 Mazda 3 5-door, not sedan. Autozone will not replace as its way past the 45 days and the bolts are now in my frame. . .are there any options open to me to replace this hitch as its pretty useless and I cant seem to find a buyer for it. Id like to use the proper hitch now that I have a trailer and have retired, but money is a bit of an issue, was hoping you might have a salvage option. thanks

Unfortunately, we don't purchase used hitches.

Your best bet would be continue your efforts to sell your existing hitch and replacing it with the Curt # C11393 class I hitch.

Between Craigslist, Ebay and your local online buy/sell/trade groups, you should be able to unload the hitch if its priced right.
