Is the 24inch from end to end or from hitch pin hole to end?

My contact at Curt Manufacturing confirmed that the 24-inch specified length of their hot-rolled Solid Steel 2-Inch Hitch Bar with Raw Finish is measured from tip to tip. The center of the 5/8-inch hitch pin hole is 2-1/2 inches from the end.
