Advent AC Troubleshooting For Inoperable Fan

Question:
I have an advent roof top 13,500 that the fan is not coming on when it’s called for.There are only 4wires going from the thermostat to the control Box A,B,12V,Com.I have checked the Cap as well as the blower motor and they check out fine.It has to be something in the control box.Any suggestions.

I have a solution for you.
First in regards to your Advent Air RV Air Conditioner - 13,500 Btu - White # ACM135, you need to take off the shroud and check if the fan itself will move freely.
If it feels rough, gummed up or even jammed it will need to be cleaned and oiled.
If you are getting proper power to the fan and it moves freely you will need to replace the fan motor and that is something we do not carry. You will need to contact the manufacturer to get a replacement.
