Does this RV converter/charger come with breakers ? And does it have a built-in BMS for Lithium battery

The Progressive Dynamics Mighty Mini AC/DC Panel and Converter/Smart Charger - 45 Amp # PD4045KA works with lithium and lead acid batteries. It uses a custom charging profile for lithium and multistage charging for lead acid batteries.

It requires AC breakers and DC fuses, they do not come with the unit.

If you need fuses you can use the Standard Fuse Kit - 5 Amps to 30 Amps - 60 Pieces # PT52FR.

You will need to source your AC breakers from a local hardware store however. You can use HACR, HOM/HOMT, TB/TBBD or BR/BRD series breakers.
