Question:

Looking to build a package but want to confirm the configuration will work. For the Y08129 Easyrider double decker trailer if you put a Y07080-82 Megawarrior extra large cargo basket on the bottom and 2 sets of the Jaylow kayak carriers Y04073 on the top to carry 2 kayaks will the Yakima Skinnywarrior Y07014-16 fit between the 2 kayaks on top for additional cargo space? Also is there a way to confirm if my kayaks will work using the Jaylow Y04073 style carriers? I have Perception Tribe 9.5 sit on top style kayaks. Also any additional recommendations you can make to build out this package would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

The MegaWarrior Extra Large Roof Rack Cargo Basket # Y07080-82 is an excellent cargo basket option for the bottom section of the Yakima EasyRider Double Decker Trailer # Y08129. Since the EasyRider has 78" HD Crossbars on top you'll have no issues fitting a JayLow Kayak Carrier # Y04073 to either side and fitting the SkinnyWarrior # Y07014-16 in between them.

The JayLow carrier can handle 1 kayak up to 80 lbs so since your Perception Tribe 9.5 boats only weigh in at 48.5 lbs you've got no worries there!

I think the only other thing I recommend picking up is 1 or 2 of the Spare Tire and Carrier # Y08125 that mounts to the bottom section of the EasyRider. In my experience it's better to have it and not need it, than to need it and not have it.
