How Does Curt Triflex Brake Controller Unplug to Reset

Question:

Hi. I see two reply messages on resetting the curt triflex by unplugging it for 10-15 seconds. My controller was installed professionaly in a Q7. How exactly do you unpluginch it? The 4 wires leading into the back of the housing do not seem to be attached to a plug or removable piece. Am i wrong? I dont want to pull too hard on wires that connected or soldered internally. My error is flashing 07, with the 7 upsidedown

On the backside of your Curt Triflex part # C24VV trace the wiring for about 8 inches and you'll come to a plastic harness that you'll need to unplug. Once you wait a few seconds go ahead and plug it back in.
