Average Customer Rating: 4.7 out of 5 stars (27 Customer Reviews)
WowFast service? Ordered on Tuesday, delivered on Wednesday.
Item is a simple item but a bit hard to find. Glad to get it.
Thanks
The trailer jack was easy to install and works great. The removable foot is very convenient.
Nice option to have.
It seems ok. It's a pretty simple part, couple of welded pieces of metal, a hole for the pin. Looks like it will fit my trailer fine. I would have given if 5 stars except for one thing. All the photos show the pin in alignment with the foot. Unfortunately, someone wasn't paying any attention when either mine was welded, or the hole drilled in the shaft. It is clocked about 20 degrees out of alignment with the foot. Looking at the photos of it in use on the site, it looks like one of those shows it slightly out of alignment. But not nearly as bad as mine. Overall, though, I don't see how that should be a big issue, just disappointing.
I'll also mention that the part arrived with the pin loose in the box. Again, not a big deal. Except my box was starting to come apart (I fault the carrier, not etrailer). If it had had to make a couple more stops, it could have gotten bad enough for the pin to be lost. Now I imagine etrailer is just a distributor for this part, not the manufacturer, and receives the item boxed, and sends it out in the same box. So I can't say EITHER of these minor issues are the fault of etrailer. Just putting it out there as an honest review.
This product was a replacement for the original trailer foot, which was rusted and damaged. It was well made with good finish and it fit perfectly. From the customer service standpoint, the ordering, follow-up and delivery processes were above average for an internet site.
Great build quality. Only one I could find that would do the job on a 1 5/8" OD jack leg. The tiny bit of play is no issue, just make sure the pin hole is a few inches up from the end of the leg. Really great foot, will be around a long time it seems.
Item shipped promptly arrived in good condition and as described. Only foot I was able to find after researching many online sites that provided unusual size measurements for my trailer jack.
Fit just right for my jack which has a 1 3/4 tube. well made .
Although I haven't had a chance to install my new products yet I have to tell you how happy I was to recieve my shipment so quickly. Well done etrailer!

Follow-up review, as requested by etrailer... After a year, I can say the offsetangled pin-hole has not been an issue. It works fine, has held up fine. I cant really say anything bad about it other than the angled pin-hole, which now I can confirm is just an aesthetic gripe. I CAN confirm it isnt just a one-time angled hole, though. And I can surmise that it isnt intentional that it is offset to that specific degree. I contacted etrailer about the offset after my review or perhaps before, I cant remember. They sent me another one. It was offset as well, but to a different angle. I contacted them again, and the customer service representative got back to me saying that heshe had pulled several more samples, and they were all drilled offset, but to differing degrees. So I dont know why the manufacturer does them this way, but it seems to be consistently inconsistent. It works fine for me either of the examples sent. But if it something that may not work for you, just be aware.
