Yes, you can use the Bauer Products RV Baggage Door Slam Latch - Black # BA57FR to replace an old or damaged slam latch on your 2019 Keystone Cougar 5th Wheel 315RLS.

It is 5 inches wide, 4-1/2 inches tall and 1-1/2 inches thick.
It will fit cutouts measuring 3-1/4 inches tall and 4 inches wide.

It also comes with a one year limited warranty.
