Need a swing away hitch that would allow opening of back door for a 2005 dodge grand caravan and a 2016 ford explorer for a cargo holder. Would you kindly advixe.

I have a solution for you.
If you need a hitch receiver I suggest the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class III - 2" # 13389 to mount to your 2005 Dodge Grand Caravan.
For your 2016 Ford Explorer I suggest the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Matte Black Finish - Class III - 2" # e98867.
I recommend the Saris Swing Away Hitch Extender for Bike Racks - 2" Hitches # SAR36VR. It has a max weight capacity of 250 pounds including the accessory you are using.
So if you have a 30 pound cargo carrier you can only add 220 pounds.
