Question:

We traded our 5th wheel truck in for a Nissan Titan and there is a gooseneck hitch kit installed we were told. The bed has three caps in the center that pop off and looks like you would attach the hitch there… what do we need to get to put in here in order to tow our horse trailer?

The three holes in the bed of your Nissan Titan XD allow you to tow a gooseneck trailer with the B&W Ball and Safety Chain Kit # BWGNXA2061.

You will also be able to tow a 5th wheel trailer with a Demco 5th Wheel Rail Adapter for Nissan Titan XD OEM 5th Wheel Towing Prep Package # DM6200. This adapter allows for you to use a 5th wheel hitch that mounts to traditional above bed 5th wheel rails. Since the Titan XD has a short bed I recommend a Demco Hijacker Autoslide 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch # DM8550035 so you will be able to maneuver the trailer into tight spots without having to get out of the truck to move the 5th wheel hitch.
