I have a solution for you but no the Hidden Hitch you referenced does not fit your 2000 Lexus RX 300. The Draw-Tite Max-E-Loader Trailer Hitch Receiver item # 41541 does fit your RX 300. This custom fit hitch will bolt directly to your 2000 RX-300 with included hardware. It does not require any drilling or welding. I have attached an installation video.
