What are the measurements of the 4 bolt holes in the center part of this bracket?

I went out to our warehouse and measured the 4 holes in the center of the Replacement Bolt-On Mounting Bracket for Fulton XP Series Jacks # F500349, and they measure 3" on center left and right, and 3" on center up and down.
The remainder of the bracket measures, 5-1/2" from the furthest left and right holes, 4-7/16" from the outer holes up and down, and 2-1/2" for the inside holes in between the outer holes.
