I need a regulator that s to 11 wc Im feeding propane to small tiny mobile home 2 #40 pound tanks servicing a single 120000 btu rinnai tankless water heater wich regulator should i purchase thanks

I recommend the Compact Low Pressure 2-Stage Automatic Changeover RV LP Gas Regulator # 37207-31525. This will allow you to connect to both the 40lb propane tanks using 2- Pigtail Hoses # 37207-30745. The switching valve on top of the regulator allows you to tell the regulator which tank you want it to pull from first. The window will show green until that tank runs out of propane, then it will turn red and the regulator will automatically switch to draw from the other tank.

The MB Sturgis Propane Hose # 100041-144-MBS has a 3/8" fitting that can run from the regulator to your water heater.
