Recommended Regulator and Hose for Tankless Water Heater

Question:

I am installing a Rinnai V53de Outdoor Tankless Water Heater. It is a propane unit. It has 3/4 inch male pipe threads for LP connection and specifies 8-13.5 Water Column. I want to hook it up to a portable 7gallon propane tank. What regulator and hose would you recommend? Thanks!

The Camco Low-Pressure LP Gas Regulator part # CAM57721 will be a great option to attach a 30 Lb (7 Gallon) propane tank to a tankless water heater. It's an integrated regulator and hose so there will be less parts to keep track of. That said, you'd need a 3/4" to 3/8" reducer since none of our hoses come with the 3/4" fitting size you need that is pretty large. That said, this adapter can be obtained locally through home improvement or hardware stores as it is pretty common
