I can help you with this process. In addition to the wrench, you will need a torque wrench. Many of these ball mounts will have fairly high torque specs. If you have a hitch ball with a 1-1/4" shank, you will need a 1-7/8" wrench and a socket like the 1-7/8" 12pt Thin Walled Socket - 3/4" Drive - Chromium-Vanadium Steel, part # ALL643216. If you have a hitch ball with a 1" shank, you will need a 1-1/2" wrench and a socket like the 1-1/2" 12pt Socket - 3/4" Drive - Chromium-Vanadium Steel, part # ALL643210.
