I have included a link to the installation instructions for the Curt RockerBall Shock Absorbing 2" Hitch Ball # C40047 below that will give you the correct torque specification. Be sure to follow the specifications listed in step 2 to ensure the ball is properly installed.
Remember to grease the RockerBall via the grease zerk with a molybdenum-based grease every 3 months or 3,000 miles.
