the box was torn and parts are missing i called in today 4.45 pm to report this please call me to resend this order back out this is 2nd time this week this has happened !! my buisness is across road from Dexter in tuscumbia it is tempted to not do buisness with etrailer anymore and use Dexter order i am sending photos of torn box that was retaped by someone in shipping but they forgot to put items back in box !! bad buissness !!! please respond !!!!

Perfect and was hard to find since the newer trucks are just starting to use this 2.5" size as does my 2018 F250.

All fine..works as it should.
Shipped fast, looks great. I have not used it yet. The only issue was just with packaging, the hitch fell out of the box as UPS handed it to my wife. Luckily it did not hit her foot.
Excellent product, just what I was looking for. Customer service was fantastic. Took care of my issues quickly.

This hitch is the perfect length and load capacity to do some local hauling of our camper. I was tired of lugging around the 100#+ weight distribution hitch and the Brophy was the only one I could find that met all the requirements of length, hitch size, tongue weight, and total load with the correct ball height for my Silverado 2500HD. I still use my WD hitch for highway hauling, but 99% of the time, the Brophy is doing the work.

I cant rave enough about having this hitch for our camper. A lot of the movement in the camper while hauling was coming from the china bomb tires that were still on it. The new Good Year tires with stiffer sidewall in combination with the Brophy hitch is a great compact and light option for safely hauling your travel trailer. Our longest trip with this hitch was 3 hours, no safety or handling concerns.
It’s hard to find extra long shanks!
