Are the 4 bumps around the periphery tie down points or just areas to get a screwdriver under for prying up if the tie down gets stuck to the floor?

The bumps around the edge of the Erickson E-Track Tie-Down Anchor # EM37JR are there to add strength to the flange so that it supports weight better.

The Erickson E-Track Tie-Down Anchor #EM37JR is 5.2" Long, 5.2" wide and 0.5" tall. The two 5/16" holes are centered on each side of the of the bracket 2.75" from each other. Please see the attached image.
