For your 1972 Chevy K20 we have the Aries Round Nerf Bars which come in Black Powder Coated Steel # AA204036 and Polished Stainless Steel # AA204036-2. These are 3" round nerf bars and are about 45" long with about a 20" long step pad so you will have plenty of room to step up. The kits come with custom fit brackets that are designed to fit your truck specifically.
If you're looking for a smaller step then you might need to get some brackets fabricated to make something fit as we don't have any universal options.
