Yes, the B&W Custom Installation Kit w/ Base Rails # BW39FR will fit with the Andersen Ultimate Connection 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch System # AM3200 on your 2021 Ford F-150.
The B&W Base Rails # BWRVR3210 utilize the industry standard dimensions which the Andersen hitch is designed to fit. The front to back mounting slots are 22" apart and the Anderson will slide into the 20-1/2" left to right slots.
You will need to use safety chains with going to a ball type connection. The Andersen Ultimate Safety Chain Kit # RM3230 will attach the chains to the kingpin coupler and you can attach the other end of the chains to the Safety-Chain Attachment # RP50223 that will pin to the 5th wheel rails.
