The Air Lift LoadLifter 7500 XL Air Helper Springs # AL57589 will indeed fit your 2018 Ram 2500, but with a 2" lift, you will also need the Air Lift Universal Air Spring Spacers # AL52420. These are 2" spacers and can be used with Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 and LoadLifter 7500 XL systems.
