Can Roadmaster Comfort Ride for 5k Axles Work on 2017 Passport 3350BH with 4,400k Axles

My axles are Dexter 4400lb Will using this one that is rated at 5000lb have any negative effect on the functionality?

The Roadmaster Comfort Ride kit part # RM-2460-2560 that was designed for 5,000 lb axles will work great on a trailer that has 4,400 lb axles like you have. The additional capacity beyond what you'd need would not adversely affect ride quality.
