Does this kit increase wheel travel? Or can it be combined with something like MoRrydes SRE4000, LRE4000, or RE4000?

The Roadmaster Comfort Ride system # RM-2460-2570 that you referenced won't add height to your trailer but it is perfectly compatible with the MorRyde systems you've mentioned as we have asked them about it in the past.
