Torque for the Mounting Bolts of Lock N Roll Articulating Hitch

Question:
Just received this. What is the recommended torque for securing the bolts when attaching the hitch roll portion to the riser? Should lock-tight be used? Thanks...

The amount of torque you need to use when tightening the bolts of the Lock N Roll Coupler # 336VS503515 is 112 ft lbs. Loc-tite is not required and might make adjusting the height later more difficult.
