For your 2022 Ram 1500, I recommend the K-Source Snap & Zap Custom Towing Mirrors # KS80730. These are custom fit to your OEM mirrors on your Ram 1500, and will not impact the functionality of any existing mirror functions such as blind spot sensors, and lane change/departure cameras.

To me, these look the best and do not add any extra bulk to your OEM mirrors, while providing the extra visibility desired.
