Yes. If you are looking at the Kuat NV 2.0 Bike Rack for 2 Bikes - 2" Hitches - Wheel Mount # NV22B, the pinhole will line up with the Yakima BackSwing Swing Away Hitch Extender for Bike Racks - 2" Hitches # Y02483 (Yakima part 8002483).
