Can the Kuat Sherpa 2.0 Bike Rack be Used at the Back of a Travel Trailer

I have a 2021 rockwood mini lite trailer and can I use a Kuat sherpa 2.0 bike rack into the receiver hitch?

You can technically use the Kuat Sherpa 2.0 Bike Rack # SH22G at the back of a trailer like what you mentioned because it will fit, but Kuat hasn't tested and approved their bike racks for use at the back of a trailer so if any damaged were to occur to the bike rack because of the extra movement then that wouldn't be covered under their warranty.

An alternative bike rack that has been tested and approved for use on a trailer is the Yakima OnRamp # Y36FR. I really like this rack simply because it has a ramp and a clamping arm system that helps to make loading and unloading your bikes much easier than your standard platform bike rack.

If you'd like something a little more cost-effective then I recommend the Lippert Jack-It # LC429756 which actually mounts in the same location as your A-Frame trailer jack and it sits high enough to clear any propane tanks you might have. My favorite thing about this rack i that you can also pick up the Bump-It Adapter # LC723359 so that you can also use this at the bumper of your tow vehicle. So when you get to your campsite you can still take your bikes to a nearby trail.
