Correct Strip Length for Rhino-Rack Vortex Crossbars on a 2019 Ford Edge

I am trying to see what the measurement strip length should be for the Rhino Rack Vortex system with 59 inch bars on a 2019 Ford Edge. The only instructions I can find are for shorter bar lengths than I want. Are you able to assist with that?

The Rhino-Rack Vortex crossbars that are designed to fit your 2019 Ford Edge are the 54" Crossbars # RRVA137B-2 (along with the 2500 Series Legs # RRRLKVA and Fit Kit # DK432).

For the 54" bars your strip length measurement is 150mm. If you're going to be using longer crossbars than what Rhino-Rack calls for then you'll need to adjust the strip length accordingly. Essentially you'll just want to make sure the crossbars are centered on the 2500 Series Legs.

If you need new rubber strips we have part # RRM626 for the top and part # RRM641 for the bottom.

The Replacement Vortex Strip for Rhino-Rack Vortex Aero Crossbars part #RRM626 measures 7/8" wide at the top and 1/2" where it installs into the track. I have attached a photo below.
