Question:

The CE Smith 13511 hub is pre-greased with heavy-duty, marine-grade lubricant. For service information what is the manufacture name, part # and color of the grease used?

I reached out to CE Smith and found that they use Kendal grease on the CE Smith Trailer Hub Assembly # CE13511. The grease color they use is the red grease like # L11390, although they did say it is possible it may be tan but it is the same thing.

Is this grease compatible with Valvoline red high temp bearing grease?

@NateR I believe you're referring to the Valvoline Multi-Vehicle High Temp Red Grease which is a lithium complex. If you have the Valvoline tube handy it should say red lithium complex on the back. The LubriMatic LMX Industrial Strength Grease # L11390 is also a lithium complex so the two are compatible.
