I just got a 2022 Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD and I am trying to figure out if I can still use air bags on my truck with my Curt Q20 5th wheel hitch installed in the bed?

Yes, you can install the Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs # F2613 on your 2022 Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD with the Curt Q20 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch # C16130. The Curt Custom Fifth Wheel Installation Kit # C16429-204 will use different mounting points than the Firestone air bags.

I recommend the Air Lift WirelessAIR Compressor System # AL58WQ. With this system you will be able to adjust the air pressure directly from your smart phone with the Air Lift app. This means you can control the pressure inside or outside the truck and you do not have to worry about running air lines in your cab or batteries in a remote being dead. The smart manifold will monitor and maintain air pressure in the bags to within 3psi while you are driving. This will prevent the need to constantly check the air pressure when you are not towing or to have to monitor it while you are driving allowing you to keep your eyes on the road.
