I need the bushings for the crossbar on a roadmaster stowmaster all terrain towbar serial number 001805. Its an older unit and I believe the part number is 200029-70.

You're correct, the Replacement Nylatron Bushing for Roadmaster Tow Bars - Qty 1 # RM-200029-70 is the correct replacement bushing for your Stowmaster tow bar. If you need replacement washers as well you'll want to use the Replacement Washer for StowMaster or Falcon 2 Towbar # RM350358-00.
