I have a 2022 Thor Axis 24.1 that's built on a 2021 Ford E-350 hassis. Which SumoSprings will I need?

As long as you have at least 7 inches of clearance between the inside of the inner most tire and the closest portion of the frame member, the # SSR-106-47-1 SumoSprings that you'd looked at would work great for the rear suspension of your Thor Axis 24.1. For the front suspension, you'd want to use # SSF-106-47.
