Yes, the Equal-i-zer Weight Dist Shank # EQ90-02-4900 will work with the Replacement Head for Reese Weight Distribution System # RP58112. Since this Reese weight distribution system does not use stacked washers for changing the angle of the ball mount the # EQ90-02-4900 will be able to work with it since it has the same 1-1/4" spacing between the holes on the shank.
