I have a solution for you. We do not carry hardware kits for the Demco Cast Head Coupler w/ Jack Hole - eZ-Latch - 2" Ball - A-Frame - Bolt-On - 10K # DM37ZR. However the instructions will give you the dimensions you will need and you can pick them up from any hardware store.
