Is Rivet Gun Required for Draw-Tite Hitch Installation on a 2024 Subaru Outback Wagon?

Question:
The video did not make mention of needing to use a plastic rivet gun but the written instructions do. The hardware packet includes 4 plastic rivets. Which is it? Rivet or no rivet? 2024 Subaru Outback Onyx

Hey Rhett, thanks for reaching out!
Looks like we missed the mark with the video of the Draw-Tite Hitch # DT94YR on a 2024 Subaru Outback Wagon. The instructions do call for using a rivet gun and included rivets to reinstall the fascia so that's definitely something you'll need to do during the installation.
The linked photo from the instructions is what you'll need to do.
