i am look to replace my hubs on a Towblazer, Inc tow dolly with Pre-Greased hubs. the bearing size on the old one are L44649 , L68149 manufacture in 2004. Than you

Based on the bearing numbers you gave me I recommend the Easy Grease Trailer Idler Hub Assembly for 3.5K Axles - 5 on 4-1/2 - Galvanized # AKIHUB-545-35-G-EZ-K. These Marine-grade hubs are designed for trailer idler axles and fit 3.5K Dexter E-Z Lube and etrailer Easy Grease axles with #84 spindles. Inner bearing (L68149) and race, outer bearing (L44649) and race, grease seal, grease cap, and nuts included.

I recommend measuring your bolt pattern to ensure you do in fact have a 5 on 4-1/2 bolt pattern. I have attached our help guide article to walk you through this process.
