Yes, the MaxxTow 30x50 Wheelchair Carrier w/ 60" Long Ramp - 2" Hitches MT70260 will allow you to mount and transport a 200-pound accessory. The MaxxTow Wheelchair Carrier has a maximum weight capacity of 500 pounds. I recommend confirming with your vehicle's owner's manual whether your Mercedes C300 can accommodate that much weight on a hitch receiver.
If you need fastening straps for the carrier, I recommend the CargoBuckle Mini G3 Retractable Ratchet Straps w S-Hooks # IMF103745-86. These ratcheting straps will give you a tight fit for making sure that your cargo is securely fastened during transport.
One important thing to note is bumper clearance. The MaxxTow carrier has a distance of 4-3/4 inches from the center of the shank's pinhole to the closest part of the carrier (while folded up). If you already have a hitch receiver, I recommend measuring the center of your hitch's pinhole to the face of your rear bumper to make sure that you will have enough clearance.
If you need a hitch receiver recommendation for your Mercedes C300, feel free to respond to this answer with your vehicle's year, and I will be happy to recommend the best hitch for you.
