Question:
The distance from the center of the hitch pin to the center of the ball is 11 1/2 inches. I have had this hitch forever and looking to replace with the same dimension. Any help would be appreciated.

The closest option to what you said you'd need is the Draw Tite ball mount part # 4285 which has 12 inches from the center of it's hitch pin hole to it's ball hole. This has drop of 4 inches and a rise of 3.
