Do they make 15 inch shank???

There is only one size shank for the Shocker Air Equalizer for Weight Distribution Hitch, part # SHK68VR or part # SHK88VR. That said, we do have options for ones longer though you will need to forgo any cushioning and for this I recommend the Equal-i-zer Weight Dist Shank part # EQ90-02-4500 which measures 18" long or 14" from hole to hole.
