Question:
I have a 2015 Audi Q7 US specs but, it has a European 7 Way light connection at the hitch of the vehicle. I am looking for an adapter or re-wire option to connect a US 4 way flat trailer light connection. Can you please assist me in finding one or how to have one built? Thanks.

I do have an option for you but the attached photo shows a US Car Connector which will accept a plug such as the 7- and 4-Pole Trailer Connector Socket part # HM40975 which has both four and seven pin connections.
