Question:
on kit no. 50081 for f150 2009 what type of bolt , what size and length and grade do you use on the rails

It sounds like you're wanting to move the bed rails from one truck to another. If that's the case, you will indeed want to use new bolts as the bolts originally included with the # RP50081-58 kit are intended for a one time use only. The recommended rail bolt kit is part # RP58430, which uses 1/2-13 x 2 inch grade 5 carriage bolts. To attach the frame brackets to the truck frame, the # RP50081F hardware kit is recommended.
I've linked you to an install video showing the kit being used to install a fifth wheel hitch on a 2013 F150. The procedure on your truck would be identical.
If you don't already have a 7-way trailer connector installed in the truck bed, you can install one using part # 41157. I've linked you to an install video for that as well.
