Will SmartPlug RV Power Cord Stay Flexible When Weather is Cold

I built my own line years ago and in cold weather the power line is very hard to coil. Is this wire made to stay flexible?

Yes the SmartPlug RV Power Cord # SM86FR that you referenced will stay flexible when the weather is cold. This would not get difficult to wrap up if the temperature was to drop.
