The 7205E number that you found will actually mean you have a 30205 bearing. I have run into this bearing before and, unfortunately, we do not have parts that will match it. This is due to it being an extremely uncommon size, which then makes the spindle uncommon as well. This means the closest seal we will have will be the TruRyde Double Lip Grease Seal # 34823, but it will measure a bit differently at 1.249" for the inner diameter and 1.983" for the outer diameter. You may be able to find seals that will match your current ones, but I honestly can't say where that will be.
With all that being said, what is going to be the best option is replacing your axle with something that uses more common bearings and seals. This will require you to measure a few things, but it is not overly difficult. First you will need to measure from hub face to hub face, and then from the center of one spring seat to the center of the other spring seat. This will get the lengths needed. As an example, the Trailer Axle with Idler Hubs # e37YR will measure 72" and 58" respectively and will have a 2,000 pound capacity, which is fairly typical of your bearing. This will also use the very common # L44649 bearing for the inner and outer bearings.
The # e37YR will also include idler hubs with the 5 on 4-1/2 bolt pattern. This will measure 2-5/8" when going from the center of one lug to the center of the lug right next to it. This is one of the most common bolt patterns used, but I am not sure if this was as much of a standard in the late 80s or not.
