For a complete front/rear SumoSprings setup on your 2022 Ford Thor Class C motorhome on a Ford E-350 chassis, we do have some great options. For the front axles, I recommend the SumoSprings Solo Custom Helper Springs - Front Axle # SSF-106-47. The Solo springs include a 1,000 pound maximum weight capacity at 50% compression. For the rear suspension, I recommend the SumoSprings Maxim Custom Helper Springs - Rear Axle # SSR-106-54-1. With the Maxim springs, you get a weight capacity of 7,000 pounds at 50% compression.
The great thing about both of these sets of springs is that the springs work independently from each other to compensate for off-center loads and to reduce body roll during sharp turns. Another great feature is that these two systems are maintenance-free and require no tubing to run or air pressure to monitor like with air springs.
